Collaborating with us to arrange the food menu for your wedding is a transparent, quick and stress-free process.

Initial Consultation

Visit our enquiry page or give us a call at +91‑73493 70409 for an initial consultation where we get to know the event date and time, approximate guest count, venue location and any special menu requests or dietary requirements.

Menu Customization

Our team designs a customized menu or you can choose a package based on your preferences and event theme.

On-Site Visit or Virtual Walkthrough

To execute larger events with above 500 guests, our managers will conduct site visit to inspect venue power/water access, payout and décor flow. Virtual walkthroughs are arranged to confirm table setups and serving stations.

Agreement and Deposit

Once the menu and headcount are finalized along with staffing plan, event schedule and payment terms, you need to secure the event date with 25% to 30% deposit. Remaining balance is payable a few days before the event date.

Once the final details are in place with preferred serving style, dietary requests and exact guest count and seating arrangement confirmed, you can opt for a tasting session. This can be done through sample platter delivery or you can visit out kitchen in person. Event execution is the final step where our staff arrives early on the event day for setup, food preparation and service.
